Shipping Policy – India

This Shipping Policy applies to all domestic orders placed on the Weaving Cult website.

1. Order Processing

Every Weaving Cult garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the date your order is successfully placed. During sale periods, festive seasons, new collection launches, or unforeseen operational circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. In such cases, customers will be notified wherever possible. Orders are processed only after successful order confirmation and payment verification (for prepaid orders).

Please note that placing an order does not guarantee immediate dispatch, as each order undergoes quality checks before shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable pin codes across India.

A COD convenience fee of ₹149 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee is charged towards handling and logistics associated with COD services and is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or order values where the service is unavailable or operationally restricted.

3. Express Shipping

If you require your order on priority, we offer Express Shipping wherever feasible.

Customers requesting Express Shipping are requested to contact our Customer Support team before or immediately after placing the order.

Please note:

Express Shipping is subject to product availability and delivery location.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the destination and courier service selected.

Express Shipping only accelerates the shipping transit time and does not always reduce garment production or quality-check timelines.

4. Order Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched:

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp Message. Your shipment tracking details and courier information will be shared, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Generally:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier II & Tier III cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Delivery Delays

While we work with best & trusted courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Political disturbances
  • Transport strikes
  • Courier operational delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Inaccessible delivery locations
  • High order volumes during festive or sale periods

Weaving Cult shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or Whatsapp Message.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor the shipment directly through the courier partner's website.

If you experience any issues with tracking updates, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking a shipment as undeliverable.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • the customer refuses delivery,

the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.

Re-dispatch of returned shipments may require payment of additional shipping charges.

8. Customized Orders

We offer customization on selected products, subject to availability. For any size or design customization, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order.

Please note:

  • Customization is subject to approval and product feasibility.
  • Additional charges apply based on the customization requested.
  • All customized orders must be prepaid.
  • Customized orders may require additional processing time.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error from Weaving Cult.

9. Address Changes

Customers may request a shipping address change only before the order has been dispatched.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Please ensure that all shipping details, including phone number and address, are accurate while placing your order.

10. Damaged Packages

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Refusing delivery if the package appears severely damaged.
  • Recording a video while opening the parcel.
  • Contacting our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Images of the outer package
  • Images of the product
  • An unboxing video (if available)

This helps us investigate the issue promptly with our courier partners.

11. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product,
  • A damaged product,
  • Or your order is incomplete,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our Customer Support team along with clear photographs and your Order Number.

Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for resolution.

12. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India.

In rare cases, certain remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your location falls under such an area, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative shipping solution or process a refund if shipping is not possible.
