International Shipping Policy

At Weaving Cult, we are delighted to offer international shipping, bringing our handcrafted collections to customers across the globe.

1. International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations.

Order Value

A minimum order value of ₹15,000 is required for all international orders.

Shipping Charges

A standard international shipping fee of ₹2,000 will be applicable on all international orders and is payable by the customer at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

All international orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking details.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, courier service, and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that customs inspections or local regulations may occasionally result in delivery delays beyond our control.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other local government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country.
  • Are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
  • Must be borne entirely by the customer, where applicable.

As customs regulations vary from country to country, Weaving Cult is unable to estimate or guarantee these charges in advance.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of international shipping and cross-border logistics, all international orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international orders once they have been dispatched.

We encourage customers to carefully review:

  • Product descriptions
  • Size charts
  • Fabric details
  • Care instructions

before placing an order.

If you require assistance with sizing or product information, our team will be happy to help before your purchase.

5. Address Changes, Delivery Attempts & Refused Shipments

Shipping address modifications can only be made before dispatch. If a shipment is refused, remains unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability, no refund will be issued. Any re-shipment request will be subject to payment of a new international shipping charge.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.

6. Our Responsibility

While we take every effort to ensure timely delivery, Weaving Cult cannot be held responsible for:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays.
  • Requests for additional documentation or KYC by customs authorities.
  • Import duties, VAT, GST, or local taxes charged by the destination country.
  • Currency conversion or international transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
  • Delivery delays caused by unforeseen events, courier disruptions, or force majeure.
